Our client in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer to join their team! You will work alongside our client's Development Director as part of a multi-disciplinary land development team of consultants, lawyers and contractors. Our client is a midsized Developer primarily involved with residential and commercial land development projects, with a footprint that encompasses most of the GTA. They are a family run group with over thirty years of industry presence behind them. They have a solid reputation not only for the quality of the work they deliver, but also for the way they invest in their people. Job Duties:
Preparation and maintenance of project proformas
Managing a team of multidisciplinary consultants
Administering tendering processes
Overseeing servicing, electrical and landscape contractors
Building and maintaining h2 relationships with local municipalities
Processing payment certificates
Supervising the subdivision assumption process
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of progressive experience in residential land development
P.Eng or CET Designation
Experience working in Engineering Consulting or Developer
Confident working within the Ontario land development process
