Job Summary:

Our client a well established mid-sized Consulting Engineering with a specialized focus in civil and land development projects is seeking a qualified cost sharing coordinator to assist a busy group with the preparation and delivery of cost sharing agreements (CSA) for their Markham office!

Job Duties:

  • Working within the Cost Sharing Group assist in contract and document preparation and reviews for mid to large scale development agreements
  • Preparation of ongoing management of cost sharing schedules for participating and non-participating landowners
  • Issuance of certificates for trustees' release for registration of development events
  • Final resolutions of CSAs
  • Coordinate development approvals and inquiries with municipalities and participating stakeholders
  • Research and update cost sharing group on land approvals regulations and standards
  • Prepare costing and estimates for review by cost sharing group leader
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Civil Engineer or Technologist within Land Development of Civil Infrastructure
  • P.Eng, EIT, CET would be preferred
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and costing
  • Knowledge of municipal development approvals, charges, land dedication reviews, front end agreements would be an asset
