Project Planner/Coordinator - Asset Management

Our client in Toronto is currently looking for a Project Planner/Coordinator to join their team for a 4-9 month contract! Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible! Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Provide professional support in the management and delivery of large complex social and civil infrastructure projects from the initial due diligence phase through to final completion of the construction phase Required Qualifications and Skills include: • Relevant university degree • Project Planning diploma/certificate will be considered an asset • Project experience gained in either Healthcare, ICI and Civil Infrastructure • Have sound project management skills • Experience dealing with budgets and schedules • Must have excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills • Must have strong data collection, data analysing, and data presentation skills • Excellent analytical skills • Comfortable dealing with technical and financial data • Ability to find positive solutions to complex issues and challenges • Ability to build position relationships • Work effectively with diverse groups of specialists and public/private stakeholders • Excellent report writing and presentation skills • Excellent computer skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our client plays a critical role in the modernization and maximization of the value of public infrastructure and real estate.
