Our client in Toronto, Ontario is looking for an Asset Management Engineer/Practitioner to join their Infrastructure and Facilities Management Team!

This individual will provide company-wide asset management support.

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Project Management– undertake research, data collection and analysis, report preparation for asset management projects, management / administration of project budgets, schedule and staff
• Marketing and Business development – prepare project proposals and budgets, client presentations, conference presentations and publications, project profiles and project lists
• Client relations management –develop client relations with interactions through meetings, presentations, promotional activities
• Business strategies – assist with development and implementation of IFM strategic plan, staff training and development

Required Skills and Qualifications will include:
• Engineering Degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience with Asset Management processes
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design (municipal infrastructure systems)
• P.Eng Designation
• Facilities Management experience will be considered an asset
• Experience interacting and communicating in a multidisciplinary environment including engineer, planning, finance, IT, policy, and public administration
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, and GIS programs
• Familiarity and knowledge with asset management systems
• Strategic and intuitive thinking
• Self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
