Our client a Global Engineering Firm consistently ranked as one of the leading employers of choice and strategically capturing market share across multi-disciplinary verticals has an immediate need a Senior Architect:

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in strengthening the design brand of client to achieve our goals of becoming a top ten global design firm
• Deliver high quality, profitable projects for the firm that enhance client’s design and brand recognition in Buildings
• Manage the planning and design process with clients on project types ranging from but not excluded to Multi-Family Residential, Commercial Mixed Use and Academic that come to client and support the growth and development of other firm's Architecture and Interior Design resources
• Program, develop methodologies and design approaches for the product type through the project design and documentation phases
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants
• Work on a variety of project types ranging from but not excluded to Multi-Family Residential, Commercial Mixed Use and Academic from design through construction administration and mentor others who are emerging leaders in that practice
• Collaborate with team members within the project team internally and externally
• Manage project financials and schedules

Your Capabilities and Credentials:
• Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree at an accredited institution
• A license to practice architecture in the state of Massachusetts
• 15+ years of related experience in Multi-Family Residential and/or Commercial Mixed Use
• Experience working in the Northeast Urban Markets
• Revit experience preferred and proficiency of SketchUp, InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
• The ability to work in an energetic and challenging work environment collaboratively
