Our Client is currently seeking a Building Specialist III to join their team. This individual will be responsible primarily for the following tasks and duties:

- Investigating problems relating to existing structural elements and building envelope components;
- Performing field reviews and preparing all associated reports;
- Recommending repairs based on diagnosis;
- Design for rehabilitation, restoration, or repair of existing structures and building envelope components;
- Preparation of structural drawings and sketches (freehand or CAD);
- Contract Administration

The ideal Candidate will have between 5-10 years of relevant experience as well as a degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences, or a diploma in civil or architectural technology. Qualified Candidates must either currently have a P.Eng/EIT, C.Tech, or C.E.T. designation, or be eligible to obtain one.
